December MONDAY, 22
Done chores and finished drawing out manure. Wilmot brought over turkey and got his gander. Dull and misty. hore frost on everything. Norman Flath married
TUESDAY, 23
Da choring. Brock to town in forenoon and helping Hoshel with roof in afternoon. Down to train to meet Clara and Melville but they didn't come. Very dull and foggy: Snowing at night.
WEDNESDAY, 24
Done chores and Da sifted ashes. Brock + I to town in afternoon with buggy but roads getting heavy. Took team and sleigh and went to meet Clara + Melville. Uncle Willie came up on night train. Very cold north wind and blustry.
