Gave Sarah music lesson's practised a little myself, of Mozart's Sonata No. 18. Read some of "Prince of House of David" which I borrowed from Ada McC.

Wed. 20th. I found some ripe strawberries. Sarah & I went to Mr. {Caif's?} after school with some pickles. Go down to see boat. It is getting the cabin on. Came home but Miss English did not come to give me lesson. Sarah & I go to Bray's for Delineator. {tailoring pattern}

Thurs. 21st. Gave Ada 8th lesson. When I got home M L. was away with Ella McKay out to Smith's.

Fri. 22nd. Sent word to Edith to meet us at (Williams?} where we all go to spend ev'g. Edith & Lizzie Carpenter came. We had tea at ten o'clock & got home at twelve after a pleasant ev'g. E.W. came part way then we teased him & he went back.

Sat. 23rd Sat. work done when Jackson came and plastered dining room & dirtied floor again. Maria cleans it & Sarah & I go to Bray's for butter after calling at Foster's & Joyce's. N.G. goes home.

Sun. 24th Quarterly meeting at {Pallen?} no. Ma & Pa got & stay at Sherdan's for dinner. We go to S.S. 'The two M's" go to Ingledew's for tea. We have Strawberries at home for tea. Mr. Bray here. After tea Arthur Brod. took Ida & Net. for a drive.
