M. 28th. Commenced digging potatoes in Stewarts field dug 27 pail fuls nine of which were from the four rows I had commenced.
S. 29th. dug 5 pails ful of potatoes.
W. 29th. 200 Bricks of Robert Stafford at 50 cts per hund. also part of a load of scovan?. Gave an order on L & Ruby for Coat Vest & shirts. to the amount of 12$.75 cents.
Th. 31st. Indian corn of Christian first bag 78 lbs second 75 lbs. third 60 lbs. fourth 70 lbs. with the bag which makes a total of 279 lbs. without the bag. for this I must give him 224 lbs of Pease. Fetched the last grist from last years wheat from mill.
November F. 1st. 36 pails full of potatoes. The four rows yielded 12 Bushls & 2 Pails ful.
S. 2nd. Lent J. Davidson 19 lbs of Flour with bag.
