JUNE SATURDAY 24 1876

Up at 3 A.M. Thorne Hubert & I go fishing no luck

Get Horse & Buggy fr Waters & Thorne & I go to StC. I {?} Dft on TP&Co 3 mos for $2500. Get Sold Dft on N York for $93280 Balance of $2445.07 Get proceeds of Dft. Draw out $4.69 overcharge on last Dft. Give it all to R Thorne at my office. I hand him back a Cheque TP&Co gave me on 17th for Toronto (& pay freight on {Sds?} for $8053 & R Thorne hands me Cash for same. I pay Geddes $30 on a/c of Freight. Mrs Thorne comes over & they both stay & spend Sunday.


JUNE SUNDAY 25 1876

R Thorne & I go to Church. Anne sick. Thorne & I go to see Dr. Henderson. R Thorne orders Horse & Buggy from D Waters & drives Mrs Thorne to Queenston afterwards Thorne & I drive out to 4 Mile Pond.
