26 Monday Tuesday. Damp, drizzly day. Ella did the washing. Walter & Ella went to {Jno?}.N.Miller's funeral at Elmira this afternoon. This evening we did Wesley Miller's chores.

27 Wednesday. Beautiful day. Vernon was plowing and Walter was drawing manure. Ella hoed in the garden this afternoon. Edward and Miss Donaldson went down to Shwindt's for tea and we all went down for the evening.

28 Thursday. Warm day. Walter shipped hogs at Elmira. Venon was plowing. Edward, Miss Donaldson and Ella went down to Earl Miller's this afternoon and hoed her garden.

29 Friday. Rain & drizzly all day. Edward & Miss Donaldson went home to Toronto today and Walter took them down to Elmira this morning Harvey Reist shot and eagle today.
